Undoing

Undoing is a VR demo for an interactive installation on the topic of threatening bio-diversities. The demo presents the extinct birds in a virtual environment. Users can feed the birds and set them free. 

The project allows people to reflect upon their undoing and to find closure with the beautiful no more existent creatures. No informative data is present to leave the users alone with the birds.

The visual style of the game is based upon the sketches from the book "Extinct birds" by Rotschild. Bird images used can be found here:
